RETURN & REFUND POLICY

By placing an order on www.hyvatooh.com, you accept the terms of this Return and Refund Policy.

1️⃣ RETURN PERIOD

Our return window lasts 30 days. Once 30 days have passed after the date of purchase, refunds or exchanges are no longer available.

2️⃣ CONDITIONS OF ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return:
• The item must be unused
• It must be in the same condition as received
• It must include original packaging

Certain types of goods cannot be returned: perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines), intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
Other non-returnable items include gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health or personal-care items.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required. Items must not be sent back to the manufacturer. All return requests must first be submitted to our support team for authorization.

3️⃣ PARTIAL REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Partial refunds may be granted only in specific circumstances, such as:
• Items not returned in their original condition
• Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error
• Returns initiated more than 15 days after delivery

4️⃣ REFUNDS PROCESS

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. We will inform you whether the refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method within several business days.

5️⃣ LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If a refund has not yet arrived, follow these steps:

  2. Contact your credit-card provider

  3. Contact your bank

6️⃣ NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.

7️⃣ EXCHANGES

Exchanges are permitted only when a product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
To request an exchange for the same item, contact support@hyvatooh.com before shipping the item.

8️⃣ SHIPPING OF RETURNS

You must contact us first before returning a product. The public address listed on our website is not the return address. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.
For returned items over a value of €50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned goods.

Delivery time for exchanged products varies depending on destination and carrier.
